Priority One Cleaning & Restoration delivers Air Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning Service, Carpet Restoration, Construction Cleanup, Pet Odor Removal, Steam Cleaning, Tile Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Priority One Cleaning & Restoration (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Priority One Cleaning & Restoration may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Priority One Cleaning & Restoration makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Priority One Cleaning & Restoration arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priority One Cleaning & Restoration from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. NV law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NV.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
